We have city water so never imagined we needed a water system. After fighting water spots, dry skin & white film on dishes & showers we called Flag City Water Systems for a water test & our salesman Derek was great! No pressure and gave great information! Flag City installed a kinetico softener system for us & did a great job!!! What a nice difference we are seeing in our water!!

It's sleek, stylish, not too mention provides great tasting, clean water and ice cubes. This eliminates the need for a bottled water cooler or the Brita carafe I used to keep in the refrigerator. The person who installed it was very professional and showed me how to replace the filters and answered any questions I had . The water is excellent and we look forward to having safe drinking water for our family .
Just had the kinetico system installed and am very happy with it! Well worth the money and the new house is cleaning up well! We plan on getting cattle in the future and they will be drinking softened water as well.

We had a Kinetico Water System installed in our new home in NY. We lived there for 11 1/2 years and never once had an issue with it. We moved to OH in July of last year and we had a Kinetico System installed in our home here. It is the greatest water system going. Well worth the money. Completely satisified with the installer and the Flag City Company.
We have noticed vast improvement in our water quality and couldn't be happier with Central Soft's customer service.
