Adan from FL Services showed up on time and walked me through what he found with our AC. He explained the issues clearly and gave me his honest opinion based on what he saw and tested. He didn’t try to upsell me on services or features we didn’t need. That honesty meant a the WORLD to me. I felt like Adan was there to help us figure out the problem and I’d call him again in a heartbeat.

Called for service on Monday and no one has even responded by end of day Thursday. No one answers the phone - just automated messages. Are they still in business?
