This was a great experience overall. I dropped my phone and i had these lines on my screen and i could not use it and walked in there and he told me he could fix it in 30 minutes and he did! A whole screen change for a good price as well. I highly recommend.
I would have given zero stars if that was an option. My brother and I went there to get our iPhone screen fixed, firstly he replaced the screen with a cheap knockoff and i would turn off automatically . when went back to report it , the employee was rude, unprofessional, denied to communicate or provide manager’s information. later the manager failed to fix the issue or give a refund. We visited about 5 times and gave up. Worst experience ever, do not recommend.
Great and friendly service. Gave a much more fair price for my screen repair compared to other stores. And additional discounts on the screen protector and case! I need more services and am DEFINITELY going back to Fixitwaves!
Would not recommend. Called in today inquiring about buying a part I had needed for my phone (I also do cell phone repair) to be told that they couldn't sell me the part but then asked what part I needed. I had told the person over the phone what was needed and he had offered to fix my phone for $70 for a part that is 18 dollars online. The upcharge is insane and the fact that asking if they could point me in the direction of somewhere local that would sell parts and they hung up on me speaks volumes about this business.
