Every time I go into the Nelson Road shop, the guys help me out, honestly, efficiently, and cost effectively. I can't say enough good about this place! They've been my "go to" guys for years. Thank you guys so much!!!
I went into the Mall in Lake Charles Louisiana to Fix My Phone and Brandon the Sales Rep. greeted me politely. He explain to me how long the process would take which was about 45 mins. and how much it would be. He gave me a print out on my receipt and had me signed my name. He also told me I needed to bring that printout back with me to pay for my phone. Very professional and nice guys!! My consultant Jason also went out of his way to help me clean my dirty phone case before putting it back on my phone. Very pleased!!
I took my iPhone to Fix my phone... Jason was very nice and knowledgeable ... My screen was horribly cracked and I couldn't hear phone conversations.. I had to put it on speaker .. my pet peave in public!!! Instead of paying over $500 for a new one they fixed mine in less than an hour!! Like new!!!!��
