Your employees were very courteous. They took my phone, listened as I explained my problem,advised that I would have maybe a thirty minute wait and offered me some coffee. Five minutes later, they told me what my real problem, the estimate, and about a ten minute wait. I said go for it. Five minutes (not two or three days later) I was out of there. Shattered the screen on my iPhone yesterday and was afraid I would have to send off to have fixed. Asked my daughter if she knew of anybody that could fix it. She recommended Fixmyphone. I called and Ethan gave great customer service over the phone. I took it yesterday evening and arrived at 5:15 and JJ was working. I also needed a new battery. Dropped my phone on concrete yesterday and totally destroyed my screen. I brought it into the Nelson store and the man who helped me was excellent. He was very professional and kind. Even though it did cost $300 for a new screen I was not disappointed in the service. It took him less than 30 minutes to replace the whole screen. Highly recommended.
