they have had my tv for over a month now keep telling me it will be done in a few day then I go there and they say they don't even have the parts yet worst experience I've ever had with a company they never answer the phone voicemail is full so I can't leave a message and they never answer your texts I still have no idea what's going on with my tv I wouldn't recommend anyone going to this place
This shop was recommended by a friend to fix a PS4. Been messaging for a week. They responded asking what it was doing and then ghosted me. They read my follow up message and didn’t respond. Not a good way to improve your already tarnished reputation. A simple no would have been fine.
WARNING ⚠️ This place is a joke. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy there. They are unprofessional, dishonest, and ineffective. I took a drone there to be repaired, and after driving an hour there, they told me it was repaired after spending just a few brief minutes “fixing” it. I drove home only to find that I was not only unable to fly the drone which I use for business, it was worse than when I took it in. I drove back an hour to have it repaired again. They were very helpful and they took the time to explain how everything works. I would highly recommend them for future purchases and for repairs!!
I received a quote on my TV repair elsewhere. The suggestion was replace the power supply - $139. I declined. They offered to "dispose" of my TV, no charge. That's code for repair and sell. I went to Fix My PC referred by Thumbtack. The offer was $20 for diagnosis. If they could not fix it, I get my money back. Solution - a new remote. Total expense $20. MUCH BETTER SERVICE. Visit Fix My PC has earned my respect and future business. I was not asked nor invited to provide this endorsement.
