I took a video camera here to get fixed. A few days later to I tried to call them several times and couldn't reach anyone. It kept saying "Voicemail box is full". I went back a week later and I got my camera back no different. Very unreliable, do not go here.
This place is straight trash. They take your money and say they will have your tv fixed in a coupe days. A month and a half later getting lies about what’s going on with it week after week. Stay away.
This place is horrible with service waited since October for a tv they never repaired horrible service
I dropped of my DJI Mavic Pro there almost a year ago, they kept telling me they were closed down and unable to open because of COVID. Come to find out they have been open the whole time, and now cannot seem to locate my drone anywhere. Do NOT take your equipment to this place.
I took our PS4 here to get fixed. When I arrived with my 10 yr old son the kid that worked there was very rude to us and tried to make my son wait outside due to covid. My son was very upset and just wanted to leave but I drove over 45 minutes to get there so I still gave them my business. Thieves! Tried to bait and switch our ps4. Busted them when they realized I had our serial number, tried giving me a completely different ps4! Torn up and busted. Then tried to tell me ours was someone else’s named Erica Robinson. He said I’ll plug it in to prove it’s not yours...I said please do! Once powered on my sons name popped right up... pieces of garbage and I feel bad for all the others they have scammed. Absolutely poor customer service! Poor response time to questions and concerns. I dropped a phone off for repair, they diagnosed the charging port needed to be replaced. They stated they fix the phone. However, when I picked up the phone and tried to use it, I could make calls in and out but could not be heard. I took the phone back, because now they created a new problem. I was told the phone would be done on a certain day and it was not. I called their number several times only to not receive a response.
