It's hard to know who to trust. Max came out same day, diagnosed my furnace issue (electrical). He had it up and going in an hour. Polite, honest and knowledgeable. Been in Crowley a few years now, finally found our guy! Thank you @smallbusinessrescuesquad
Just when you are in despair, not understanding why your heater decides to shut off when the artic winter comes to Texas, Max comes in and troubleshoot my AC/Heat unit. There was something definitely wrong with my thermostat. He made sure everything was in working condition. I'm now warm, comfortable, and safe and prepared for the upcoming cold storms. Thanks for coming out the same day!
My daughter's Heat pump broke. She called 2 different shops and both told her that it was her compressor and that it is not made any longer. Max was able to find a part that worked perfectly and he identified other problems and fixed those as well at a lower price than those other 2 companies quoted. I believe that he was very thorough and he seems extremely knowledgeable about HVAC. Thank you Max !!!
This is a wonderful company. We woke up to our A/C not cooling. I text the number and had an appointment scheduled for the same say within a couple minutes. Max arrives on time, was very pleasant, and did great work. We will definitely use them again for any A/C or heating repair.
