Great experience great experience May 26, 2012 I had to tell this! I found some advertising for Fix it 1st in my mailbox. I tried them out; schedule an appointment for my dryer. Fix it 1st sent the nicest Tech(Jeff) I had ever experienced working with. Not only was he nice he was knowledgeable. When he fixed my Dryer Jeff gave my wife and I some helpful future tips. Fix It 1st (Indiana/Homewood) Terrible Service, Beware! Awful company! My first bad review of a service company. I wouldn't use, FIX IT 1ST (Indiana/Homewood), or refer any business to them. What you think you will save in a service call you will pay for in slow service, the hyped up part charge and the unprofessional service!
