They stole my $60! This business is completely unprofessional! My washer has been malfunctioning. The technician, Tim, came to do a diagnostic visit. He did not find a problem, but my washer was having the same problems after his visit.

He was timely, polite; He was very detailed; I didn't understand but he broke it down in English for me because I am a woman and I don't know anything about refrigerator repair. CLEARLY NOT ENOUGH STARS!!! My mom was out of town and my dad what we thought broke the Washer machine (Top loader!! ) I googled appliance repair checked the ratings.. And was confident with them all.. My dad was like im just going buy a washer.. I'm like dad no let's call somebody over first!! WE DID WE CALL THIS COMPANY FIX IT FIRST.. They came as scheduled .. Anonymous Yesterday I called Sears who i have a warranty with to service my Window Air conditioner! They told me that they were going to have a representative to call me back. I waited over 2 hours still no call. I called them back and told them that it is extremely hot outside and that we have two small children here; and that we need service right away.
