She never introduced herself she asked to “ see my keys” then walked outside fir in my car and started it. Took multiple pictures and never gave me any explanation of what se she was doing. I called FixAuto and spoke to Amy. She was so great: helpful and friendly. I explained and she said no issues and accepted the vehicle. Her and Veronica were the best throughout the entire process.
