However, there was not a smooth handling of booking the appointment, ordering the necessary part, etc. 1.5 Star : Customer Service Went by for estimate and booked appointment. However, we arrived to leave the car on the appointed day and no parts were ordered. Plus they couldn’t estimate when parts would be received! That part was totally unprofessional.
