I had all around excellent experience with Fix Auto they easy to work with made sure I understood the whole process with fixing my Toyota Highlander. They kept me in the loop via txt messages where they were in process of fixing my car and they quick about getting me back into my vehicle 🚗. An we’re awesome about making sure I had a rental car while they worked on my vehicle. Thanks Fix Auto you did awesome job on fix my Highlander Whoop Whoop 👍👍!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Best Alignment Tech in all of Gresham
Not even one star is deserved by Fix Auto. They have not been honest. Our car has been back in the shop three times, two times they claimed to have fixed the issue, but they have not. So unhappy-PLEASE save your self and never use this place.
Had very bad experience dealing with this repair shop. Service person lied about reppairs to car ended up taking to dealer to get fixed right. Would not recommend this shop.
I just picked up my car at Fix Auto Gresham. I can tell you I was treated with professionalism from the front office staff to any and all staff I came in contact with during my time there. Shon Kim took me to my car and we walked around it to do a inspection to make sure I was satisfied. And trust me I was very happy with the work that they performed.
