10/10- I was hit basically the day after the stay at home order was enforced, and they still got me in RIGHT away, worked efficiently to get my car back in pre-loss condition, and my car looks absolutely amazing! Thank you guys for all of the hard work you put in, and for doing an Incredible job cleaning my car and getting rid of the accident damage! 10 stars!!!

well unfortunately my car was rear ended and once again needed to go back to FIX. Gigi and his team did a wonderful job!! I was informed on a regular basis on the progess of repairs!!! My little Juke looks SO GOOD! these guys are the best around! HIGHLY RECOMMEND FIX AUTO GRESHAM!
Claims estimator underbid the other 2 estimates by almost 300$, and the estimator would not agree to use NEW parts as a part of my auto body repair, and argued with me because he said he “works with USAA” and “my car is more than 2 years old, so USAA won’t approve new car parts”..in other words, he found the cheapest parts to use as repair, even though the accident was at no fault of my own and I requested NEW parts! I think I deserve to have whatever parts used for the repair of my car that I ask for, isn’t that what insura... read more
