This company is dishonest and unprofessional. We needed a kitchen faucet replaced and are covered under a warranty. They did not call ahead, showed up outside the conveyed time window, and then took a few photos and left. We didn't hear anything fpr two days. Absolutely horrible scammers. We were referred to them through our home warranty company. A plumber came out, looked at the faucet, then told us he would be right back. He never came back. Fast forward TWO DAYS - still no word. We had to call to see what was up. We discovered they told the warranty company that we intentionally damaged a fixture and that ensured the warranty company wouldn't cover the work to repair it, but they still got paid for their service call. Seemed nice but showed up for 15 minutes, opened up a small hole to see ducks said he need more money from my insurance to investigate. He did not follow with me or with my insurance company. They billed 1.5 hours to my insurance company as well as the $75 I was required to pay to have him show up. Complete insurance scam.

These guys don't answer the phone, do not call you back. I have been waiting for a month and no one is smart enough to fix my AC
