Five Step Carpet Care – Tom has been our carpet saver for a few years now- I cannot say enough about Tom and how he runs his business! If you need him, he will be there!! My carpets always look brand new after he is done with them- I will never trust anyone else!!!! Thanks TOM!!

The best and most ethical client of mine – I have worked with Tom Fitch for years. He is a client of mine. When you've found the best, forget the rest! – Five Step Carpet Care consistently does a great job. I have a large dog who pretty much rules the house and there are areas that there is no hiding are her favorite places to be. When other companies have cleaned my carpet, these areas lighten but never come completely clean. Five Step Carpet Care was able to accomplish this. Thanks Tom and team. Nice guy, great service – 5 Step did an awesome job with cleaning several areas in my house. He cleaned my couches and a rug as well. He was very thorough and the price was very reasonable. But he is a popular guy (for a good reason), so expect a bit of a wait. But the wait was worth it. I chose him based on other reviews he received online and luckily, he lived up to my expectations.

VERY Impressed! Definitely recommend, would use again! – Absolutely great. I spoke with Tom, the owner. He was very professional and got me scheduled two days later for an a.m. appointment. He was on time and was very knowledgeable - even gave some pointers on how to care for my carpet better! Having someone come in and clean your carpets can be a disaster leaving less than desireable results. Not with 5 Step, I am hooked. Thanks for getting everything clean. – Its been a long winter and I wanted everything clean and smelling fresh. Tom said he could make my persian rugs smell and look new . He was right, they do look great and the dog smell is gone. Tom made my couch look 100% better. Next time I wont wait so long. Great work Tom. Thanks Garry P.

They look great – Five Step did a great job cleaning my rental house. The carpets had bad traffic patterns and stains from the tenants dog. I can't see the traffic patterns any more. The yellow stains are gone as well as the smell. Tom said it would take 20Minits to 2 hours to dry and he was right. I am very happy with the work they did, they will be cleaning all of my rentals.
