Very unhappy. Took my daughter to get a perm. burnt her ends not one curl in her hair after we got home and she washed it the first time.its as straight as it was the day we went in. just changed the texture of her hair from the chemicals.We are back at the salon getting it cut because it was so burnt. At another shop spending more money that my 17 year old daughter works hard. Didn't offer a discount. Never again

DO Not GO!!! We waited for over 30 minutes in our car while they were late returning from lunch. I contacted them via cell and asked for them to throw in a pedicure with my diaghters appointment since they kept us waiting for 30 minutes (they still weren't back) and they said they would only give us a pedi at their discounted rate but this delay was out of their control. Well we will never go back for sure!! That's in my control!

I went for a signature manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was soaking my feet in a bucket /tub of water and sitting in a recliner, no massage. The polish was so thick (read old) the employee had to keep adding thinner, lots of it, to be able to brush it on. The polish for the manicure was the same way, she put 3 coats on. and it never did setup. The next day I was able to scrape it off with my fingernail! The people were nice, but this experience was a total waste of time and money. Don't go!!
