I lived here 1 year. 2024-2025. My car was stolen from a closed garage. I asked them every day to turn on the camera about the theft and show it to me. They didn't give it to me. 10 days. The elevator breaks down twice a week. The dishwasher wasn't working since I moved in. It hasn't been repaired for a year. And I asked how many times. It's not a bad place actually. I’ve lived here for 6 years. Pat, the landlord, is great, and the rest of the staff is as well. Tonya is an angel, too. Maintenance fixes any issues promptly, which is impressive considering how big the building is.

I truly enjoy living here. Like all places the building has its share of problems, but what I love and appreciate about the management is when I report a problem they immediately fix it. This place, it's view and its manager Pat Lynn are Five Stars.
