Unless you like headaches, I would stay away from this place. The gentlemen that helped me needs training.
Walk in at 4:30 to get a unit. Employee rents me a unit & notifys my my license is 3 days expired & would need to update in the future. No problem. I walk out around 5:00 PM Employee texts me if I have updated my license at 5:36 PM (36 minutes after leaving). keep in mind DMV closes at 4:30. Next day calls in the morning and says I have to have my account terminated & will pay a fee as I haven’t provided an updated license/ID… literally not even 24 hours later! They should have said no I cant give you a unit with an expired ... read more
