Friendly staff
I appreciate working with you and your politeness
Go figure...my college bro (son) pushed his move out to the last minute and thought midnight was the latest he could get past the gate onto the property. turns out five Star storage closed at 10:00 that night. no matter... I worked with a very accommodating and cool owner or manager (it doesn't matter which, really) and he remotely opened the gate so my son could get in and get the last few things. very much appreciated! a smooth experience from beginning to end!
I have been using Five Star storage for six years. It’s a great experience. The rate is very competitive. The facility is very well maintained. The payment system works smoothly. Denise, the front office lady, was very helpful and kind. I’d recommend it to anyone.
