The staff was very nice and helpful
The will keep calling you and try to steal your money. I asked to speak to the manager at the time, whose name was Christy, and she was very rude. All she said was that I had to just deal with it, and that the company would stop calling me once I got my roof done through them. This is actual harassment. I can't just change the company's number. I don't know how many different numbers I've had to block since May.
It's a scam. Their contractors leave the rooves in worse repair than before. When you to call, they ignore you, but they keep calling me asking if I want a roof repair! Always from a different number, too.
These people are vulchers. They will not stop calling after we have told them to quit for more than 2 years. Avoid at all costs
