Such a great company!
This is an amazing company.
five star realty group holdings made an offer to purchase my daughter and our home, then found that they couldn't offer that much. So we agreed to a lower price. They took 2 plus weeks for their contractor to show to look at the house, who came up with a few bogus repairs that were needed and wanted the price lowered again. Will never use or recommend them to anyone. Will only say "beware" of their tactics to get you to lower your price.
Lydia Jones with Five-Star Realty Group is the best! She made me feel like I was her only client even though I know she had other transactions going on. This was my first home purchase and she made it an enjoyable experience even though there were some bumps from the sellers with the initial home I was interested in.
