Gary Soczak worst realtor I have worked with. In my opinion hes very shady! He refused to have an open house, after multiple times of asking him to. My house sat unsold for months...his phone number on his sign he doesnt answer and voicemail is not even set up! After I told him I wanted out of our contract, he magically the same day came up with an offer on the house. I accepted , and then at closing he didnt even bother to show up! I feel he purposely sabotaged the sale to buy it himself or someone he know.
Love this office! The decor is clean, and modern and feels casual and professional. Staff is always so nice. Great location as well.
