Do not rent from them I pay over $2000 a month for a home and have never paid them my rent late but yet they believe it is ok to lie to me and not show up for appointments. I have needed maintenance repairs in the home just to have to call several times and not receive a call back. I then am finally able to get it scheduled and it gets cancelled or changed but I have to call find this out, not even the courtesy of a phone call from them.
