BEWARE!!!! I rate this company zero stars but in order to review I had to choose at least one star. Do not use this company if you have any plumbing or air problems in your home. This company preys on the vulnerability of it's customers. We had a plumbing issue that involved the air system of the house and just for the plumbing part Five Star quoted us at over $11,000 which is three times more expensive then two other companies we received quotes from. With his politeness and eagerness to make sure I understood everything he was going to accomplish for us, I felt like we had been assigned our own personal plumbing expert.
