I purchased a brand new vehicle July. There was a dent on the top of vehicle that was not visible unless standing on something. They tried to make the repair but it was not new factory perfect after repair. They went above and beyond (Quintin) and the manager to put me in a new one identical to my 1st purchase. That is standing behind your product and good customer service.

Keiffer in service was amazing! Driving home from North Myrtle Beach, we found our vehicle go on the blink at 1:30 Saturday afternoon. We found our way to Five Star Nissan of Florence. Fortunately we meet Keiffer who went above and beyond. He stayed after hours (closed at 2 and we didn't leave until 3:30) to get the vehicle diagnosed, and found me a rental. He was able to get the part Monday (thank you sales manager) and we were back on the road that afternoon. Great 5 Star Service!!!
