I brought my 2016 Mazda CX-9 to Five Star Nissan because it was hard to start and running rough. I paid approximately $1,500 for a fuel pump replacement, but it did not resolve the problem. I was then told to take it to a Mazda dealership. If this was an issue they couldn’t properly diagnose or repair, I wish they had referred me to Mazda before I spent $1,500. Instead, I’m left with the same problems and still need to pay for further diagnosis and repairs elsewhere. Very disappointing experience.

Of all the places, this one has smiling faces! Everyone is very helpful and nice but they are not in your face or following you around.

My name is Joyce Smith I purchased a vehicle on 10/03/26 from Five Star Nissan Florence S.C. I had a great experience purchasing this vehicle my salesman Ahsien Grissett they call him Ice he was the best salesman I have ever had during purchasing any vehicles.Very professional, honest and I didn’t feel focused into buying the vehicle. Everyone was very nice and friendly. I give this dealership 💯!!!!!!! Way to go Ahsien (Ice) and Five Star Nissan!!!!
