I wish I would have read these reviews prior to going to 5 star nissan this week. You live and learn. I purchased a truck from the dealership and only agreed to a deal contingent upon the dealership putting a camper shell and ladder rack on the truck. I use my truck in my business. I am very dissatisfied with my new 2019 titan I just bought. It's now in the shop getting repaired after the cooling fan just broke off damaging other parts of the truck. Lost all steering in it on interstate 95. There service department is crap I have tried for over 24 hours to talk to a manager and steal haven't heard from them. I can't even get them to pick me up to take me to get a rental car. This place is a joke. Don't buy from them

the service dept is a joke. If you are not driving a brand new Nissan or getting an oil change no need to take your vehicle there. They will take their time will not call/email, text any diagnostic information. I took my truck there think the dealer would get right on it, I was expecting a kind of high bill. Not the case I get the high bill but truck is not fixed. Its like they doing guess work and charging you for their failed guess work. This is the second brand new Maxima that I have purchased over the years out of Florence. The first time I bought was from Palmetto Nissan and they were honest from the beginning to the end. Services was great as well over the years. I just bought another brand new Maxima from Five Star out of Florence and let me tell you it was the worst experience ever! Terrible Service Department!! We will absolutely not be taking our Nissan back to Five Star Nissan. We took our vehicle in to see why a feature on the car was not working. We were then told by two different people sitting at the service desk that the feature in question was not a thing on Nissan vehicles. Keep in mind that this feature had previously worked, was in the owners manual (which my wife tried to show them), and could be found within 3 minutes of doing a google search. I purchased a NEW 2018 Nissan Kick from this dealership with only 15 miles on the odometer in May of 2019. After driving the vehicle (1600 miles) I began to have major problems. The struts began to to squeak, the audio went out and the fuel pump went out also. For this to be a new vehicle, I would not have expected to have these types of problems in such a short period of time. Each time I took the vehicle to be repaired, another problem occurs. My name is ******. I have been getting oil changes from this Nissan dealership for a year without any issues. Roughly 4 weeks ago, my wife took our truck to get an oil change from this Nissan. The next morning, my truck had a service engine light pop up. I turned the truck off and opened the hood to find out Nissan didn't put my oil cap, coolant reservoir cap, and numerous other parts back on the truck.
