I had the WORST experience of just getting a pedicure. Walked in at 12pm & I see 4 workers & only 1 custormer inside. Two(2) of the workers are sitting down talking on their phone. One of them is walking around and she said pick the color. She didn't even say HELLO or how you doing? I told her nicely, I just need a pedicure. Than she set up the pedicure equipment and told me to sit down. I sat down and put my feet inside, the water was not warm at all. The door says they are open Monday through Friday 9am - 7pm. I arrived at 9:15am and the doors were still locked. I tried calling, no one would answer. I waited and called for 10 minutes. Now I’ve missed my opportunity to get my nails done before work.
The employees are thorough and do a great job.
