Excellence is built here. The training at Five Star Martial Arts is the greatest investment I have made in myself. The owners, the staff, your classmates, it's a team you'll be proud to be part of, I am.
Sensei Pastore and Sensei Napoli are top notch instructors. They are very positive and encouraging with the kids. I love the messages they talk about in class about how to always be respectful and maintain a positive attitude. The culture they have in the school is great - Safety and respect for everyone is always stressed in both kids and adult classes. I would highly recommend anyone trying out this school.

Definitely the best place to train for karate and cardio kickboxing! The results of focus, discipline, weight loss and toning are noticeable. To my friends that keep asking how I do it...get in here on the mats and find out! Bring the family too.
You will discover yourself doing things you thought you couldn't do . Take a negative and make it a positive , I have gone beyond what I thought I could do with so much more to go . Thank you Five Star Martial Arts !!
