Our family loves Five Star Martial Arts! It's an awesome place to train for children and adults.
So far it has been a great experience. Was just telling my daughter that when I joined a gym in the past I dreaded going, but I actually look forward to going to classes at Five Star Martial Arts. I have scheduled the nights into my routine for the week & again look forward to going to class. Am sleeping much better. Used to feel tired & would go up to bed but still took some time to get to sleep, now I am tired when I get up there & lucky if I last 5 minutes before I am sound asleep for the night. Lovin that.
