The earliest appointment you could give me was 3-weeks away so I scheduled it for April 28th. At the last minute (a couple hours prior) Todd asked me to adjust to the 21st. I took off work to meet him. He failed to show up at 4pm and I waited around for a couple hours. At 9pm he texted to apologize for completely forgetting about me and asked if we could reschedule. Poor service and customer relations.
Trey and his guys did a great job on my drainage project. The timeline was tight based on winter weather and they worked diligently to rearrange projects to fit me in. I appreciate their professionalism and honest communication. They will always be welcome back for future work.
Trey went above and beyond to make sure our landscaping project went smoothly and that we were satisfied with every detail. The crew was fast, efficient and talented! Would definitely recommend these guys!
The estimator and the technicians were kind, professional and very knowledgeable! I had two trees removed snd two trees planted. I truly enjoyed the experience and the outcome. I highly recommend Five Star Lawn and Landscaping!
