Eric was fantastic! We're a family with young children and dogs and having a clean home is so important to us. After some renovation work our flooring had a haze layer we could not get rid of, we tried countless cleaning products and tools and other professional cleaning services. We purchased our home a few years ago and it had wall to wall carpet in the main room. I got several estimates to replace the carpet with engineered wood and Five Star Floors came in the lowest, and they were highly recommended by friends in our area. The floor was installed quickly, and the quality was truly "Five Stars". They met and exceeded all our expectations.
Eric explained all our flooring options and was very patient as we took a few weeks to decide what flooring we wanted to move forward with. He’s very knowledgeable and fair. I highly recommend him.
