Husband dropped off floor samples and set up time for estimate
We had all of the floors, showers, and the fireplace completed on a new home. Dan, Jim and the installation crew were great! When errors were made by the person that drew up the house plan, Dan was able to find a solution. Jim completed the measures and followed up to make sure everything worked well. Excellent customer service.
The people we had for our last house installed 3 bedrooms, a L shaped hallways and full stair coverings in 1 day. For our new house we needed 2 bedrooms done, the hallway, and stairs. They were going to finish the last 2 bedrooms another day. INSTEAD 2 of the workers continuously left the property to go who knows where. From 9:30-5:30pm all they got done was 90% of 1 bedroom and 50% of another. They didn't attempt to do the hallway and has left us to navigate a full upstairs of exposed tac strips with our dogs. Mike Duitscher of Flooring America did a fabulous job in assisting us with picking out flooring and grout which would go with our room colors, and we were not disappointed. The floors look great! He set up the gentleman to come and measure each room and determine how much product we would need, and he also set the schedule for the installer and kept us apprised every step of the way. We didn't have to lift a finger and couldn't be more pleased! We hope to visit him again soon for another project!!
