By far the worst supplier I've worked with in 15 years. Repeatedly ordered the wrong product, took months to get it and basically told be not their problem when I brought it to the store manager. He was the one that ordered the product....I would recommend using any other flooring supplier, customer service is not a priority here.
Flooring America was very helpful and offered great options for flooring for our new home. We picked out Luxury Vinyl tile. After 2 years we noticed seams breaking and went in with some pictures to show Flooring America the problem. Dan the manager came out within days to look at the flooring and then represented us when contacting the manufacturer and sharing photos and his observations. We bought LVP flooring from Flooring America, and Mike Duitscher made the whole process so easy; they even stored the planks in their warehouse for several months until we were ready for the install! James installed it all by himself in a little over two days and did such a wonderful, precise job. The floor is beautiful and we love it so much! I’d highly recommend them to anyone shopping for new flooring.
