I give 5 star dentistry 5 stars! Dr. Boak is a great dentist and someone I can trust when it comes to my dental health. His assistant Kari welcomed me with a warn smile and was incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease. Dr Boak gets 10 stars for having beautiful women in his office! Wow!
an absolute thief! I was told I had 13 surface cavities went for a second opinion and found my teeth were perfect- no cavities! This man is a Thief!
Was referred to this office by a good friend who insisted I try them out because he has been going for years. I'm so glad he did. Not only was the staff nice but Dr. Boak was very thorough during the examination. I am pleased with their services. I had no clue what my insurance covered and the girl at the front desk was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in coordinating my care. I would recommend their services.
Absolute Crooks – I have never been subject to such blatant misdiagnosis. Dr. Boak told me I needed a ROOT CANAL and had FOUR cavities. His staff aggressively tried to upsell me on oral cancer screening, deep gum cleaning and fluoride treatment. When I declined the deep gum treatment (after the third time), I was told I had to sign a statement signed also by a "witness", the receptionist Polly, saying I was advised to get the gum cleaning but was "waiving" the treatment. A bunch of sleazy salesmen – They tried to sell me Invisiline...I'm 31 years old and have NEVER had crooked teeth, let alone have a dentist recommend braces! They also tried to sell me an oral cancer screening for $65. I'm virtually at 0% risk based on my criteria. Never going back.
CARING PROFESSIONAL - GOES THE EXTRA MILE – Dr. Boak is Fabulous! He took time to go over the procedure and answered all my questions. And the results on my veneers -- well better than I could ever imagine! Great customer service, fantastic results! I highly recommend Dr.Bryan Boak. Staff was extremely nice....they know how to go the extra mile to satisfy their patients!
Great Dentist – From the time I entered the door and was greeted with a smile and warm handshake -- this was a very very nice office. The staff took time to explain my insurance, and the procedures -- very caring -- which I needed because I am a little phobic. The Dr. was wonderful...during treatment I had a back massager and after I was given a protein shake and lip balm. They treated me like family and not just another person. In my book Dr. Boak and his staff earned those 5 stars! I am a patient for life.
Shameful Dentistry – Dr. Boak told me I had half a dozen cavities and gum disease. I got a second opinion and my teeth were perfect--no gum disease and no cavities. Beware!
