Had to refuse my car three times before they got the repair right. Then they tried to gaslight me and told me the bumper and fender weren’t lined up before the crash and showed me pictures of similar cars insisting they couldn’t fix it even though I had pictures of my car before the accident showing they were perfectly aligned.
My wife’s brand new 25 Subaru Crosstrek got rear ended only a month and a half into owning the vehicle. Rick and Brandon were both excellent to work with and made the entire process seamless and quick. The ride still looks brand new and they even took the time to clean it for us as well. We are very grateful of the work they’ve done!
