Stopped to get an estimate and found their pricing very competitive
This place does not care about fixing your car without racking up the bill. My son's first car was deemed a total loss after bringing it to this facility. He was only reversed into while in a parking lot. I wouldn't trust Scott for sure or either of the managers. They didn't communicate anything to me about the skyrocketing costs until the car was deemed a total loss. They still never defined to me why it was so expensive. They made no attempt to communicate with me to keep the price down so the car could be fixed as well. I... read more
I had the greatest experience at Five Star Collision in Fort Worth. Shane Foley assisted me with a scuff on my brand new car's truck; it looks perfect now after he buffed it out. He was the nicest gentleman who made my day. The rest of the staff there were also very kind and helpful when I called in and arrived. I highly recommend coming here if you need any work done on your vehicle.
My first time bringing my beloved Mustang Mach-E to a body shop and had a spectacular experience!! The receptionist was very knowledgeable and caring. The gentleman that helped my husband and I not only gave us a quote but helped us understand thoroughly the specifics of our situation.
