I placed a down payment on a vehicle back in March 2016 from the owner, Ben and began making monthly payments. Suddenly two weeks ago, Oct 2016 I get a call from another car lot (very disreputable) informing me that Ben sold all his "buy here,pay here" notes to them. I was never informed this was going to take place either by phone or letter. Additionally, the repairs they promised me were never done either.
