I was ready to purchase a truck today, excited even, this place was my first stop. It is may 3rd, And the 2015 Silverado I wanted had snow tires and needed ball joints badly. I brought this up, said I’d pay cash if he’d fix it. Absolutely not I was told. I took my business down the road to Jim at Pate Motors, and received the BEST customer service!
