Justin was very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to. He handled my dryer vent cleaning quickly and efficiently. The whole process was much smoother than my previous experiences with other companies. After the cleaning, my dryer started working much better, and my clothes dried much faster. The airflow in my dryer vent improved a lot after the service—almost five times better than before. I’m really happy with the results!
We are very happy with the service from Five Star Air Duct Cleaning. Marc was professional and careful with our belongings while cleaning our air ducts and dryer vent. He explained each step of the process clearly. We have indoor cats and active dogs that we kept in another room, and he respected our request and made sure our pets were safe during the cleaning.
Braxton and Justin just finished a full air duct and dryer vent cleaning at our home in Salt Lake City. They arrived on time, acted professionally, and were very friendly.
