I had a fantastic experience with 5 Star Air and plumbing. They were professional, on time, and did excellent work from start to finish. Both installers did a great job installing the unit. Matt came out to make sure everything worked perfectly and took the time to explain my new system clearly.Chad handled the plumbing, he is every experienced, honest and truly knows his craft. I appreciate their attention to detail and the great service. I highly recommend them.
Chuck was very professional and knowledgeable, explaining everything in detail and answering all my questions in a way I could easily understand, not knowing much about AC repair. Chuck walked me through his process and told me ways I could better take care of my system between maintenance visits and beyond.
