Excellent service. Very efficient and informative. Nice guy!
Luis is one great technician, and I highly recommend him.
Everyone, from owner on down, got the job done at a fair and competitive price. Thanks also to Luis, Chuck and Daniel. Our new HVAC is running smoothly. Emilio has completed first maintenance visit. Very polite and professional.
Emilio came to my house to get my A/C up and running again. He was extremely professional, communicated well, and provided helpful suggestions for me to improve my system safety and efficiency. Will definitely use these guys again.
Luis was absolutely fantastic! He was kind, professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue with our AC. He didn’t just fix the problem and leave—he took the time to make sure everything was working properly before he left. His attention to detail and genuine care for his customers really stood out. I can’t say enough good things about Luis! He’s a true asset to Five Star AC, and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing AC service. Excellent service from start to finish!
