Opps I accidentally posted this For the edgewood road location on 1st avenue review but you should go to both I am a young girl who knows very little about cars and I took my Vehicle in here I had went in to get new tires (which I did) I love the new tires I bought the tires on my own decision. I also know what TPMS sensors are now as well My car only had 20,000 miles on it and they wanted to check it out because how the tires wore uneven. Watch Your Back I went in to get a set of tires. They were installed in a reasonable amount of time. I went to wash my truck when I noticed that my center caps were pealing and scraped up. I noticed it because I had just had it on the lift before I went to get tires. I know they weren??t in that shape. a-holes You've gotta love when someone who gets paid to work in a garage, treats you like YOU'RE the idiot when you ask a question. Then you leave the garage and your wheels almost fall off because they didn't bother to tighten them back on. Sensational.
Fast, reliable service What a great place! I have been going to both the Edgewood and the 1st Ave locations to purchase new tires, get repairs, rotations and alignments done for over 20yrs. They are always polite and extremely fast. My days are hectic so the ability to get in and out is a definite plus. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Five Seasons Tire is a joke I would not recommend either Five Seasons Tire. The store on Edgewood Road is a joke. I mean A REAL joke. I should say that they are a bunch of Jokers. I was lied to and charged the wrong price. I did business with them for over 10 year. Never again....They will not get a start rating from me. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND ANYTHING!!!!!!!!
Five Seasons Tire does not stand behind their work I went in for a routine tire rotation at the Edgewood location but they did not tighten all the lug nuts. A short period after the work was completed, I lost two lug nuts and also broke off one of the studs. I called the store but the counter person stated that it was not his problem and he saw loose lug nuts all the time. He was trying to make up lame excuses of why this would happen and did not feel that he should fix the problem for free.
1st Avenue store NOT helpful on phone I litterally just called the 1st Ave store, asked if they could help me with tires I ordered online for my car, and then align them afterwards. To my surprise, the guy said no. Before I could ask anything else, he said goodbye. I pulled the Edgewood store's phone number from their website, called them up, and I've got an appointment scheduled later this week.
Best Tire shop around Great service ,fast ,and very knowledgeable ,tire technicians are the heart and soul of the business. I always tip the tire guys they are speedy it's like watching NASCAR. Managers are very quick to help! I would have to say this is definitely the best tire shop around tire guys should be making at least $12.00 an hour mechanic was helpful too.
