I walked in and was able to get in right away. Greeted promptly and nicely right away I may add. Steve knew more what I needed since I wasn’t quite sure, and he was very patient with me as well. I just explained that I’m in a wedding tomorrow and just want to look good. Being hard of hearing isn’t fun, but he wasn’t acting annoyed by me when I had trouble hearing him.
