Had Codi cut my hair the past 4 times extremely happy with results and great customer service!
I have gone the last 2 times and have got great service. I scheduled an appointment for 4:30 today. I showed up early got acknowledged and went back to use the restroom. After I was done I returned to my seat. I waited and waited and after 50 minutes of waiting and no one acknowledging me I walked out. This is terrible customer service. I enjoyed this place but after this horrible experience I am debating about returning. My free time during the week is precious and I just wasted 1 hour of it.

Extremely sorry for the confusion, Seth. It looks like we did have you down for 4:30. We're not sure what happened, we've added a couple new staff members recently, and as a result we've experienced a few scheduling errors. First time there and Cedrick took really good care of me. No more Cost Cutters for me, I won't go anywhere else going forward.
