RecommendedGreat club to workout at. Provides a private like experience without having to be in an over crowded meat house. I highly recommend and their employees are always so nice.

Sunday morning’s water aerobics with Kathy D is incredible fun. You hardly realize you are exercising. She creates a music theme every week. Today’s theme was Halloween of course. So we exercised to the themes from Ghostbusters, Adam’s Family, The Munsters and Thriller. Just a blast!!
Peter Rallo is an awesome trainer. If you want to get in shape in 2018, put down the bread basket and hire him. But, be ready to sweat, his sessions are not for the weak minded!
