RecommendedYesterday every pet owners nightmare happened, my toy aussie was attacked by a much larger dog. i am from Ohio, was just traveling. I cannot say how pleased I was with how comforted I felt with the staff caring for my baby, even through surgery which I was scared to death of. they did an absolutely wonderful job putting my little guy back together. i feel blessed to have found this clinic to care for my boy. Cannot thank you guys enough!
A huge thank you for giving help over the phone. We had an accidental over dose of Benadryl in our dog that also has Addison's disease. She and her sister take their medicine in bread and within minutes of treatment the bread was out with no absorption of the drug! Thank you so much for your service to our community.
Wanted to put my dog to sleep on Sunday cause they said she was leaking fluid. Not even an option for us. Took her to regular dr on Monday and nothing. Maybe a very small spot of fluid. He said she is very healthy. She does have liver issues but...putting her down. I don’t think so!!!She is up running, playing, eating and drinking like her normal self. Beware I’ve heard they tell most everyone that! And very pricey and did nothing. Lesson learned
The staff was very kind and good to Zoe. They gave her meds to help with pain and make her comfortable. Zoe has a broken humerus and since they don't do orthopedic surgeries, was recommended to find a surgeon, so we took her to UT for surgery. I would recommend Five Rivers pet emergency clinic.
I was so impressed with the Dr and staff. They were very patient and took their time to explain everything. If the doctor was local I would switch to her.
Fast thorough... I have used them several times before...it does depend on the vet though some are way more caring then others
Our Rottie injured his pad, almost cut it clean off. The ladies at the clinic were patient, kind, informative, and a pleasure to be around. He was confused, nervous, scared, and in a ton of pain and they were great with him. Thank you for everything!
It's an emergency clinic! They are open 12 hrs. They have to pay a Dr. and an assistant for those 12 hrs. Fees.? All Drs. are not created equal. Dose your Drs clinic take a turn at the emergency clinic? Care is not the same! Give them a break! At least they're there for you. Go to the people E-clinic. HOW WAS IT !
