Dr. Hines has been my psychiatrist for 15 years. I was diagnosed with Bipolar I and he took me in. I have always, always felt like he cared about me as a person -not just a way to make money. At the same time, he has kept me out of the Bipolar hell hole for all these years. He is a very competent doctor. Time has proven that. He might not take insurance but you will have the confidence that you're getting a good doctor. I do not trust any aggressively negative reviews of him or his office.
