People like this shouldn't be working with the public if they don't know how to treat them. Horrible service and the employees are rude and heartless. Will NEVER recommend or return to this hellish place. Worst experience of customer service and no respect for the patients/children.
Dr Crisp is awesome! I unfortunately got some metal in my eye, my eye Dr was closed so I called Dr Crisp office and they fit me in the schedule. Dr Crisp saved my vision in all reality, I unfortunately got bad anxiety during the extraction of the metal pieces. He treated me so awesome and made sure I was okay and calm before moving on and didn't make me feel rushed to get calm! Thanks Dr Crisp and staff for a very professional eye visit. I'm glad to say I've found my new eye doctor through this unfortunate accident!
Dr,Crisp is the best , I have been coming here for years , I wouldn't go anywhere else !
They never answer the phone and when you finally get a hold of someone at the emergency number, they are so rude! He says either try to call back tomorrow or find another doctor. Guess customer service is not his thing. Would not recommend them to anyone!
