Dear Top Management, I would like to bring to your attention an issue I experienced with some of the front-desk male employees. Unfortunately, they were very rude in their interactions with customers, which left me feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. Food was bad quality as well I kindly request that this matter be addressed, as such behavior negatively impacts the customer experience. I just want to be very clear. This 5 star review is specifically for the dude with the dreads and tattoos that rang me up just now. He was polite, attentive, cordial and embodying what all employees in the food service industry should strive to be. My man wasted no time, no extra breath, no upsell. Just down home good service and I hope whoever needs to see this, sees this.
