Ordered a little cheeseburger all the way and they only put mushroom and onions on the burger. Asked for all the toppings, the employees seemed extremely reluctant/disinterested, and was handed the toppings in an aluminum box. What do they expect me to do, assemble the burger with my bare hands? Five Guys has gotten so expensive these days, it's literally not worth it anymore - there are better burgers out there that don't mess up your order and then throw it in your face.

Worst burger I've had in a very long time. The meat was grey and tasted like it was steamed. The tomatoes and lettuce had zero flavor and the bun was tiny and fell apart. It was a lukewarm hot mess. For $13!?! Never again.

This review was from a visit some weeks ago. The whole experience from A to z was horrific. Rude counter staff and Manager. The grill staff were having more excitement standing around chatting and and laughing to one another rather than attempting to get the ever increasing line down. When you are quiet, have fun, chat, but when you are busy dont do it at the expense of the customer. I got my money back and left.
