I came by to collect an Uber Eats order. I was told by the employees that I could not use their PUBLIC bathroom without buying food. In 2 years of doing delivery I have never been denied public bathroom use.
Five guys is pretty consistent with good food, but it's expensive. Burger, fries, and a drink cost more than a steak dinner.
As a uber delivery driver picking up a order for your store it's absolutely ridiculous that I can't use the bathroom while waiting for a pickup. Because of this I will never buy from this store again and will tell my friends and family that they shouldn't buy from this store either. The worker did say I can use the bathroom if I purchase something which is ridiculous when I'm delivering for your store
