Quelle déception et quel accueil!!! Nous sortons exprès de l’autoroute pour manger au Five Guys mais lorsqu’on arrive à 21h59 , 1 minutes après une autre dame qui est en train d’être servie… on nous dit que le restaurant est fermé. On refuse de nous servir … alors que cette même dame reçoit sa commande… et que le panier de fritte est en cuisson !!! Quel service et (non) accueil commercial déplorable !!!

Last week Friday ordered a bacon cheeseburger for $15 bucks and they forget the bacon. I told the person at the counter today that they forgot the bacon last time and ordered a bacon cheeseburger. Only other toppings I got were onions and ketchup. How hard is that to screw up. Not going here anymore and paying this kind of price for this type of service. Ridiculous.
They forgot to put the burger patty’s on my double cheeseburger. I get home and it’s just lettuce ketchup tomato and bacon
