This is a very clean location easy access and parking is ok, there are severial restaurants in plaza so can get congested at times. This five guys is always too notch and clean, uses fresh real beef burgers, great fries cooked in peanut oil not the junk oil like the garage.
I am very upset!!! I can not believe what I saw today at this Five Guys. Today at 11:55 to 12:30 I went into this five guys and placed my order there were 3 employees one female Manager in black ringing the register and two employees in red. One was making the burgers and one was setting up the buns and toppings. At noon the manager and one employee walked in the back and for better of 20 minutes stayed there. I go to the North Haven Five Guys very frequently, I never have had an issue here and always enjoy the food and the employees working there. Last night I stopped in to get a burger and fries for me and my son. The minute I walked into the restaurant it felt like a heat wave. Upon asking one of the workers behind the counter they told me the AC was not working in the store.
